Thank you to Ondrea Keene for doing an amazing job serving as CSE Chair and providing oversight of our special education department since the summer.  Unfortunately, the demands of CSE and her main duties as school psychologist are extremely difficult to manage.  Ondrea will be stepping down at the end of January and there is a new, temporary plan to get through the spring.  Through a share with Milford CSD, Star Banner was approved to run our CSE meetings this spring.  Mrs. Banner is a former Franklin teacher and CSE Chair.  She knows many of our students and families.

Mr. Ayres will provide oversight of the special education department, support special education teachers, and run meetings when necessary.  Options for the structure for 25-26 will be created as we begin the budget process.  I am confident by working together that we will get through our spring meetings and obligations successfully.
